September 5, 2025 — FAQs Regarding Traffic and Economic Studies

March 3, 2025 — Resolution for Vehicular Traffic and Parking Analytical Services

At the September 6, 2022 Village Board meeting, the Board authorized an agreement with Sam Schwartz LLC to review traffic and parking studies by the Chicago Bears Football Club. Although the Bears paused these studies in 2023 due to property tax discussions, the Village continues to monitor and support traffic analysis for the redevelopment project. March 11, 2024 — Statement Regarding Chicago Bears Location Comments
